Take notice that the Council of the Village of Harvey, in compliance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick, intends to hold a public hearing of objections on July 7th, 2021 at 7 p.m. at the Harvey Memorial Community Centre Lobby to hear objections and/or comments pursuant to the proposed By-law 2021-3, a By-law to amend the Rural Plan By-law 2020-2.

The Village of Harvey is seeking to AMEND their Rural Plan By-law 2020-2, under the authority of the Community Planning Act by REZONING PID 01516293 from the INST (Institutional) Zone to the C (Commercial) Zone.

Anyone wishing to offer opinion on this proposed By-law may do so in person at the hearing of objections meeting or in writing by dropping off your letter during regular business hours in the office of the Clerk of the Village of Harvey at the Village Office, 58 Hanselpacker Road, Harvey, NB before Noon on July 7th, 2021. A letter may also be sent by email to village.harvey@rogers.com. A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected at the Village Office where business hours are from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
