Take notice that the Council of the Village of Harvey, in compliance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick, intends to hold a public hearing of objections on Thursday, July 4th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Harvey Memorial Community Centre, 58 Hanselpacker Road, to hear objections and/or comments pursuant to the proposed A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2019-3, BEING THE RURAL PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF HARVEY.
This amendment provides a clear definition for mini-homes and will allow for restricted placement of mini-homes in the Village. The complete Rural Plan and proposed amendment documents are available for download below.
Anyone wishing to offer opinion on this proposed By-law amendment may do so in person at the hearing of objections meeting or in writing by dropping off your letter during regular business hours in the Village Office, 58 Hanselpacker Rd. before Noon on Thursday, July 4th, 2019. A letter may also be sent by email at village.harvey@rogers.com. A copy of the proposed By-law may also be inspected at the Village Office where business hours are from 8:30 – 12:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
