Harvey Rural Community

On January 1, 2023 the Village of Harvey joined with the LSDs of Prince William and Manners Sutton, and portions of Kingsclear and Dumfries to become Harvey Rural Community.  Please go to the new website at www.harveyruralcommunity.ca for more information.

Public Hearing November 25th at 6:00pm

Take notice that the Council of the Village of Harvey, in compliance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act of the Province of New Brunswick, intends to hold a public hearing of objections meeting on Wednesday, November 25th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Harvey Memorial Community Centre lobby, 58 Hanselpacker Road, to hear objections and/or comments pursuant to the proposed By-law 2020-2, being the Village of Harvey Rural Plan.

Housing Study

The Southwest New Brunswick Housing Working Group (made up of representatives of Horizon Health Community Development, and Vibrant Communities Charlotte County, with support from the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission) is conducting a study on housing needs in our region’s municipalities.  We are in the process of collecting information as part of a Regional Study that will be crucial to facilitating the development of appropriate housing in our communities.
